Re-delivery

You do not necessarily have to travel to our storage facility to gain access to your Taxibox. Going to our storage facility is usually a little faster, because we only require 24-hour notice from customers wanting to gain access to the Taxibox in our facility.

However, customers can also request a re-delivery. For a re-delivery, we require a notice period of 7 days, so that we can provide you with the service you deserve. Getting your Taxibox re-delivered is quite easy, simply give us a call or fill in the re-delivery form on the website.
